How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
For all eligible returns and exchanges, please use our Returns Center: https://agilitereturnsandexchanges.returnscenter.com/
Steps:
Enter your email and order number.
Select your reason for return/exchange.
Upload a photo of the item(s).
Write a short description explaining the issue.
Choose Your Resolution:

Refund to original payment method
You’ll be prompted to choose “Ship with any carrier of your choice,” then click Submit to send your request.

Exchange for same item (different size or color only)
Specify the new variant you need.
Then select “Ship with any carrier of your choice,” and click Submit.
Note: Some color variants (e.g., Multicam or Multicam Black) may have higher prices. Any price differences will apply.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you received a defective or faulty item, please contact us directly at customercare@agilitegear.com.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, include clear photos or videos that show the problem with the product.
Orders from Israel
If your order was placed through our Israeli website, do not use the online Returns Center. Instead, email us at customercare@agilitegear.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Changes or Cancellations for Unshipped Orders
You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing customercare@agilitegear.com.
Note: Our offices are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. If your 24-hour window falls on those days, responses may be delayed.
After this 24-hour window, your order will be processed, and you’ll need to receive it before initiating a return or exchange.
Review & Approval
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your request. You’ll receive an update once a decision has been made.
Important Notes
Your choice between refund or exchange is final once submitted - changes will not be accepted after submission.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Armor plates are non-returnable due to ballistic integrity and safety standards.
If you experience technical issues with the Returns Center and are within the 30-day window, contact us directly at customercare@agilitegear.com.
Do not send back items without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
