For returns or exchanges of faulty or defective items, please reach out to us directly at customercare@agilitegear.com
To assist us in resolving the issue, kindly include pictures or videos that clearly show the problem with the item(s) you received.
Israel Returns and Exchanges
If you placed your order through our Israeli website, please don't use the returns and exchange center. Instead, email us directly at customercare@agilitegear.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Requesting a Return or Exchange for unshipped Item(s)
Item(s) changes/ cancelations can only be made within the first 12 hours after placing your order. After that, you'll need to receive the item(s) and request a return or exchange. If you are within the 12-hour time frame, please email us directly at customercare@agilitegear.com.
To Initiate a Return/Exchange
Please go through our Returns Center by clicking HERE.
Instructions
- Simply input your email address and order number in the specified boxes and click ‘Find My Order’.
- Choose your reason for returning/exchanging, upload a picture(s) of your item(s), and write a brief description explaining why you would like to return/exchange.
Next Steps
- Please choose whether you would like to return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange. Please note that we only accept exchanges for the same item you received.
*Please note that items in Multicam and Multicam Black may be priced higher than other color options.
- If you choose ‘Refund to original payment method’: You’ll be directed to the next page, where you’ll need to select ‘Ship with any carrier of your choice.’ After that, click ‘Submit’ to send your return request for review.
- If you choose ‘Replace with the same item in a different color or size’: You’ll be directed to the next page, where you should specify the item(s) you want in exchange. Then, click ‘Next’ to proceed. On the following page, select ‘Ship with any carrier of your choice,’ and click ‘Submit’ to finalize and send your return request for review.
Review Process
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to review your request. During this time, our team will carefully assess all the details to ensure a thorough evaluation. We appreciate your patience and will notify you as soon as a decision has been made.
Important Notes
- Orders that were received over 30 days ago will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for armor plates, as we cannot ensure the ballistic integrity of the plates once they leave our fulfillment center.
- If your return/exchange is within 30 days of receiving it and the return center is not working for you, please contact customercare@agilitegear.com.
*If you send back an item(s) without coordinating with the customer support team, you will not be compensated for your return.*
